Protect your records
Export a complete backup before changing devices or reinstalling. A PDF is a report, not a complete restorable backup. Pro backup files include photos and revision history; protect them as confidential information.
Restore Pro
Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account that purchased Pro Lifetime. Existing records remain readable and exportable even when Pro cannot be verified. AI consumable credits require the configured server ledger and cannot be restored like Pro Lifetime.
Reminders and photos
Enable reminders in app Settings and in iOS notification settings. iOS delivery is not guaranteed; always check control deadlines in the action tracker. Photo access is limited to images you choose. Original and annotated versions are kept separately.
Report an issue
Include app version, iOS version, device model and a description of the steps. Remove workplace photographs, personal information and confidential records unless an agreed secure support process specifically requires them. Never send passwords, Apple payment details or API secrets.
AI availability
Live AI photo analysis, credit purchases and rewarded advertisements are unavailable in the current native release. No workplace photographs are uploaded by this version. Continue manually when the service is unavailable.
