Local records
Company details, project data, assessor names, hazards, controls, photographs, drawings, review records, revision history and audit events are stored on your device. No account or backend is required for manual preparation. There is no analytics or advertising SDK in the current build.
Storage and access
The app uses the iOS application sandbox, SwiftData local persistence and available complete file protection for attachment/database directories. You can enable Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode app lock. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. The app cannot control exported copies after you share them.
Optional permissions
Camera access captures hazard and document images. Photo selection uses the system picker. Notifications provide local deadline reminders. Local Authentication protects app access. You may decline these permissions and continue using manual text assessment.
Exports and deletion
PDF, CSV and assessment JSON export are available for existing records. Pro complete backups include images and revision history. These user-generated files are not encrypted by the app. Organization deletion removes its local projects, assessments, approvals and unused images; Settings can permanently erase all local safety data. Delete previously exported, shared or device-backup copies separately.
Purchases
Apple processes payments. The app uses verified StoreKit transactions and a device Keychain cache for offline lifetime access. It does not store card details. Local safety data is not deleted when an entitlement changes.
AI and advertisements
Live AI uploads, credit delivery and rewarded ads are disabled in this version. Development-only synthetic examples are excluded from the public Release build. Before enabling real processing at ai.rimays.com, this policy and App Store disclosures must identify the operator/model providers, image/context collection, authentication and tenant boundaries, precise retention/deletion behavior, advertising provider, consent and relevant user rights. Every image upload requires an informed user action. Re-encoding removes location and unnecessary identity metadata.
Support and links
Opening external links, sharing, printing and contacting support use services you choose. Do not include confidential site information in an ordinary support message. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and investigate the issue. Avoid unnecessary personal or confidential details. Email hello@rimays.com to request access, correction or deletion of support information, subject to applicable retention obligations.
This website
This website has no analytics or advertising scripts and accepts no workplace uploads. Hosting and security logs may include your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time to deliver and protect the service. These logs are separate from safety records stored locally in the native app. External links are governed by the destinations you choose.
Updates
We will update this policy and the App Store disclosures before enabling AI processing or advertising. The current policy and effective date are available here and from the app.
